Spa Policies
- We require 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment and 48 hours if cancelling a spa package appointment.
- Be advised that you will be charged a fee for your scheduled appointment if you “no show” or cancel with less than 24 hour notice.
- When booking a spa package, we require a valid credit card on file, in order to secure your time with us.
- Cell phones MUST be turned OFF during your appointment time to ensure a peaceful and relaxing ambiance for all.
- Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult to ensure their safety as well as peace and tranquility at the spa.
- No smoking, alcohol or drugs are permitted in the building at any time.
- Upon your first visit, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to fill out our Confidential Client Case History form.
- Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) clients are expected to pay for their appointment using a valid debit or credit card, or cash on the day of their scheduled appointment, in order to receive an insurance statement.
- It is in abidance with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario Standards and Regulations that using a gift certificate as payment for an appointment will not issue an insurance statement.
- Phone orders for services and gift certificates are accepted with a valid Visa or MasterCard.
- Margaret’s Health & Beauty Centre Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Returns or exchanges of products are accepted on unopened merchandise in the original packaging within 10 days of purchase.
