Spa Policies

  1. We require 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment and 48 hours if cancelling a spa package appointment.
  2. Be advised that you will be charged a fee for your scheduled appointment if you “no show” or cancel with less than 24 hour notice.
  3. When booking a spa package, we require a valid credit card on file, in order to secure your time with us.
  4. Cell phones MUST be turned OFF  during your appointment time to ensure a peaceful and relaxing ambiance for all.
  5. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult  to ensure their safety as well as peace and tranquility at the spa.
  6. No smoking, alcohol or drugs are permitted in the building at any time.
  7. Upon your first visit, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to fill out our Confidential Client Case History form.
  8. Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) clients are expected to pay for their appointment using a valid debit or credit card, or cash on  the day of their scheduled appointment, in order to receive an insurance statement.
  9. It is in abidance with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario Standards and Regulations that using a gift certificate as payment for an appointment will not issue an insurance statement.
  10. Phone orders for services and gift certificates are accepted with a valid Visa or MasterCard.
  11. Margaret’s Health & Beauty Centre Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  12. Returns or exchanges of products are accepted on unopened merchandise in the original packaging within 10 days of purchase.
